Preliminary estimate phase: We’ll start your project by conducting an interview with you to understand your vision and needs. Then, we’ll create a preliminary estimate based on a few factors. These include material selections, lot analysis, technical specifications, your plans and other details.
Development phase: A Final Construction Packet including the Final Construction Blueprints, an itemized "Cost-To-Build" sheet, a detailed "Base Specification Sheet", and the Formal New Home Construction Contract will be compiled in compliance with your Lender's requirements.
Construction phase: As experienced house builders, we manage the construction of your home. This entails performing quality control checks and maintaining your budget. Rest assured that we’ll take care of any hiccups that may arise as well.
Closing and move-in phase: As new home builders, we’ll deliver your keys so you can get started with enjoying your new property.
