Preliminary estimate phase: Our skilled team will conduct an interview with you to understand your overall expectations, preferences, and requirements for your dream home. Then we’ll begin preparing a preliminary estimate based on your plans, specifications, and/or renderings.
Development phase: We’ll finalize the preliminary estimate and create formal construction plans. You’ll meet with our vendor partners to choose your preferred material selections, including flooring, light fixtures, countertops, appliances, and more. As part of our quest to be the best new home builder, we provide Clients with a contract that clearly defines the job scope, terms, and overall costs.
Construction phase: Construction of your Dream Home begins! We pride ourselves on delivering to our Clients a higher quality, more efficient, and more budget conscious construction experience than any of the other new house builders with whom we compete.
Closing and move-in phase: Take possession of the keys to your personally customized home, back up the moving van, and start making memories in the brand new home of your dreams!
