SALLY MCGRAW’S HOME ADDITION

This is a home addition that practically doubled the home owners living space! We converted their traditional attic-space into a living room & kitchen. Then we created a 500 sq ft 2nd-story addition adding another bedroom, bathroom, utility space, and hallway.

We added a “mother-in-law” apartment in the space above the garage and master bath area, which involved raising the roof, along with additional mechanicals. Jeff kept us informed as we went along, and his sub-contractors are excellent craftsmen. I cannot say enough about the finished space. Jeff assisted in choosing fixtures, etc., providing advice and suggestions as needed. We were very comfortable allowing the workers to enter the house when we were not home, and Jeff was on site daily to make certain that there were no problems, and there were no avoidable inconveniences.
