The Marquez family bought the 100 Huerta house! With all of the growth in Austin and surrounding areas, Stephen and Kim decided they wanted to sell their Georgetown house and move somewhere a little more relaxed. When they saw the 100 Huerta home in Florence, they immediately fell in love! Like every McKay home, this house was built to be highly efficient with a 24 gauge standing seam roof, an ultra efficient carrier heat system, and spray foam insulation. Of course, we had to add a Texas flare with Texas White Stone masonry on all 4 sides of this beautiful home. The Marquez’s added their own customization: originally, the shower/tub area tile was only going to cover half the wall, but they had the idea to create a more aesthetically pleasing full tile wall. With their idea, Jeff and the team were able to customize their master bathroom and create the beauty it is today! We’re excited to see Stephen & Kim turn the 100 Huerta house into their home!
